En son c\u0153ur, un gel agrumes &amp; coriandre, pr\u00e9cis et aromatique. Une brunoise d\u2019agrumes frais et de coriandre fra\u00eeche pour la fra\u00eecheur v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Une ganache mont\u00e9e vanille, douce et enveloppante, qui vient arrondir l\u2019ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment est pens\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler l\u2019acidit\u00e9, dompter l\u2019amertume et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le go\u00fbt pur des agrumes.
